  • 2 cups reduced-sodium beef broth
  • 1 packet brown gravy mix
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons cold water

Instructions

  1. Spray the slow cooker insert with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Add frozen meatballs to the slow cooker.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together beef broth, brown gravy mix, onion soup mix, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over meatballs and stir to combine.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours.
  5. After cooking, mix cornstarch with cold water in a small bowl. Stir the slurry into the slow cooker and cook for an additional 10 minutes until gravy thickens.
