  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp red gel food coloring
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 & 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

  2. Melt the butter and chopped chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Mix in granulated sugar, then add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Stir in vanilla extract, white vinegar, and red food coloring.
