These no-bake confections are easy to prepare, effortlessly satisfying, and sure to please kids and adults alike. With just a few simple ingredients, you can whip up a batch of these sweet delights that are great for parties, snack time, or as a homemade gift.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 16 oz chocolate bark

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, blend together the peanut butter and softened butter until smooth. Gradually incorporate the powdered sugar until fully mixed; it may be crumbly at first but will come together.
  2. Refrigerate the mixture for a few hours until firm.
  3. Once chilled, scoop out 1-inch portions and roll them into balls. Place them on a cookie sheet and freeze while melting the chocolate.
  4. Melt the chocolate bark using a double boiler method: place a heat-safe bowl over simmering water and stir until melted.
  5. Remove the peanut butter balls from the freezer. Dip each ball using a toothpick, allowing excess chocolate to drip off before placing it on wax paper.
  6. Let the chocolate harden before storing in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
