Instructions

  1. Whisk the matcha powder with hot water in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Cook the tapioca pearls according to package instructions until translucent; usually by boiling.
  3. In another container, mix the milk and sugar until the sugar dissolves.
  4. Once cooked, drain and rinse the tapioca pearls under cold water.
