Instructions

  1. Cook tapioca pearls according to package instructions; usually boil in water for about 15 minutes, then let sit in hot water for an additional 30 minutes.
  2. Brew strong black tea by steeping in hot water for about 5 minutes; allow it to cool.
  3. In a blender, combine mango puree, milk, and sugar; blend until smooth.
  4. In a large glass, place cooked tapioca pearls at the bottom.
  5. Fill the glass with the mango-milk mixture, then add the cooled black tea on top.
  6. Add ice cubes to your liking.
