  • 2 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, lemon zest, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for approximately 30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
  5. While the wings bake, prepare the sauce by mixing honey and lemon juice in a small saucepan over low heat until the honey dissolves.
  6. Once baked, remove wings from the oven and drizzle the honey-lemon sauce over them. Toss gently to coat.
