  • 2 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 2 carrots, julienned
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • Cooked rice for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine sliced beef with soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, sugar, and grated ginger. Marinate for 15 to 30 minutes.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large wok over medium-high heat. Sauté onion and garlic for 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the marinated beef to the wok and cook for about 3 to 5 minutes until browned and cooked to your liking.
  4. Stir in bell pepper, zucchini, and carrots; sauté for an additional 3 to 4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Mix in sesame seeds and chopped green onions; cook for another minute before serving.
  6. Serve hot over cooked rice.
