  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and apple cider vinegar to create the marinade.
  2. Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade. Mix well to coat the beef evenly and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the onion, bell pepper, and green onions; cook for an additional few minutes until vegetables are slightly tender.
