Korean BBQ Beef Wraps are a delicious and healthy meal option that brings the flavors of Korea right to your table. Tender marinated beef wrapped in crisp lettuce leaves, complemented by fresh vegetables like avocado, carrot, and cucumber, create a perfect balance of taste and texture.   • 500 g beef (ribeye or sirloin)
  • 4 large lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium carrot, julienned
  • 1 medium cucumber, julienned
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Add the sliced beef and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and cook the marinated beef for about 5 to 7 minutes until cooked through. Set aside.
  3. While the beef cooks, wash the lettuce leaves and prepare the vegetables by julienning the carrot and cucumber and slicing the avocado.
  4. To assemble each wrap, place a lettuce leaf on a plate, add a portion of cooked beef, then top with carrots, cucumber, and avocado.
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
  6. Roll up the lettuce leaf around the filling and serve immediately with extra sauce if desired.
