  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 8 ounces chicken ham (thinly sliced)
  • 4 ounces provolone cheese (sliced)
  • 3 ounces pepperoni (thinly sliced)
  • 3 ounces salami (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 8 ounces shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomato
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon red apple vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350˚F.
  2. Cut the Hawaiian rolls horizontally and arrange the bottoms in a baking dish.
  3. Layer provolone cheese on the rolls, followed by chicken ham, pepperoni, and salami. Replace the tops and cut between each slider.
  4. Melt butter and mix with parmesan, garlic powder, and salt; spread over the slider tops. Bake for 15–20 minutes until cheese melts and tops are golden brown.
  5. While baking, whisk together mayonnaise, red apple vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to create a dressing. Toss with lettuce, tomatoes, and pepperoncini.
  6. After baking, remove tops from sliders, add grinder salad inside, and replace tops. Serve warm.
