Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ pounds salmon (about 4 filets, skins removed, cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • ¼ cup hot honey (homemade or store-bought)
  • Chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 390°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the salmon cubes and gently toss to coat evenly.
  3. Arrange the salmon bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer; you may need to work in batches. Air fry for 9-10 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 140-145°F, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
  4. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter with hot honey until combined. Turn off the heat and add the cooked salmon bites; gently toss to coat.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
