  • 22 ½ pounds top sirloin steak, trimmed and cut into 2 ½-inch pieces
  • 1 pound baby yellow potatoes, quartered
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Fresh thyme or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the steak, potatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and seasonings until well combined.
  2. Divide the mixture evenly among four sheets of 12×12 inch foil. Wrap the foil tightly around the contents to form packets.
  3. Grill over high heat for about 10 minutes on each side or bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes until cooked to your liking.
  4. Garnish with fresh thyme or parsley before serving.
