  • ⅔ cup (130g) granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup (85g) powdered sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ½ cup sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  3. In a mixer with a paddle attachment, beat the butter, granulated sugar, and powdered sugar on medium-low for 4 minutes. Mix in the egg and vanilla until combined.
  4. Gradually add the flour mixture, mixing until just combined. Fold in the sprinkles gently.
  5. Scoop dough into balls (about 1.5 tablespoons each) and space them 2 inches apart on the baking sheets.
