  • 3 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chiles, undrained
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 Onion, diced
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese, diced
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 pkg (16 oz) Spaghetti

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts, diced tomatoes, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, onion, garlic, and Italian seasoning in the crock pot.
  2. Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
  3. Once cooked, shred the chicken and return it to the crock pot.
  4. Stir in cream cheese and cheddar cheese; cover and cook on low for an additional 20-30 minutes until melted.
  5. While the cheese melts, cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
  6. Combine spaghetti with the crock pot mixture and serve.
