  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash baby potatoes; cut in half or quarters.
  3. Slice smoked sausage into 1/4-inch rounds.
