  • 2 flatbreads (14.5 oz total)
  • 2 tsp light olive oil
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (more if desired)
  • 1 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken (about 3/4 lb)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1/3 cup sliced green onions (3 green onions)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Place flatbreads on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush edges lightly with olive oil.
  3. Bake flatbreads for 5 minutes until warmed and slightly crisp.
  4. Remove from oven, spread buffalo sauce over both flatbreads, and top with diced chicken and mozzarella cheese. Drizzle blue cheese dressing on top.
  5. Bake for an additional 12-15 minutes until edges are browned. For a crispy top, broil on high for the last 1-2 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with sliced green onions and drizzle with more buffalo sauce and blue cheese dressing if desired.
