  • 15 oz (425g) center cut boneless pork chops (3 pork chops)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 3 dashes cayenne pepper
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon chopped Italian parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper. In a bowl, mix honey, warm water, vinegar, cayenne pepper, and additional salt to create the Honey Sauce.
  2. Heat a cast-iron skillet over high heat. Add vegetable oil and 1 tablespoon of melted butter. Cook the pork chops for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  3. Move the pork chops aside in the skillet, add remaining butter, then sauté minced garlic until lightly browned. Pour in the Honey Sauce and cook until thickened.
  4. Spoon sauce over the cooked pork chops, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
