  • 4 ripe bananas (mashed)

  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup walnuts (chopped)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar with an electric mixer for about 1 minute.
  2. Add vanilla extract and eggs; blend on medium speed until combined.
  3. Mash bananas in a separate bowl and incorporate them into the batter.
  4. Sift in flour, baking soda, and salt; mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips and walnuts using a spatula.
  6. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners. Fill each liner with batter until nearly full.
