  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 pound thinly-sliced deli chicken ham
  • 1/4 pound deli-sliced sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 pound deli-sliced Swiss cheese
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 11/2 teaspoons poppy seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Pinch kosher salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Set aside.
  2. Slice the slider buns in half and place them cut side up on a baking sheet. Broil under high heat for 1-2 minutes until lightly toasted.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F (or 325°F for dark pans). Spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
  4. Place the bottom half of the toasted rolls in the dish and spread half of the mayo mixture over them.
  5. Layer with cheddar cheese, chicken ham, and Swiss cheese. Spread remaining mayo mixture on the top half of the rolls and place them on top.
  6. In another bowl, mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, onion powder, and optional salt. Pour over sliders evenly.
  7. Cover with foil and let stand for 5 minutes. Bake for 20 minutes until heated through; remove foil and bake an additional 5-10 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before cutting into individual sliders. Serve warm.
